About ARVEC AI
ARVEC AI is a France-registered, founder-led AI architecture and analytics practice. We focus on how enterprise AI decisions are evidenced, interpreted, governed and translated into operational systems.
Our work brings together enterprise AI architecture, document and knowledge engineering, capability assessment, and data and risk analytics. Rather than beginning with a technology catalogue or a transformation programme, we begin with the business decision, the evidence required to support it and the controls that make it usable in practice.
ARVEC operates as a focused practice with direct founder involvement in engagement definition and technical direction. We are comfortable delivering scoped specialist assignments and collaborating with client teams or larger delivery partners. Roles, deliverables and resourcing are agreed explicitly for each engagement.

Designed and executed an enterprise-wide AI capability assessment spanning technical, product, governance, risk and business roles. Combined structured scoring, capability heatmaps and gap analysis to inform investment priorities and operating-model recommendations.

Architected and deployed multimodal document-intelligence models across trade and transport documentation, integrating them into live operational workflows. The work connected document interpretation, structured information and validation requirements within a commercial shipping platform.
